08.5 – Chassis/Frame Rust Visible: serious rust or just surface rust
08.6 – Chassis/Frame Bent/Damage Visible:  anything appear to be damaged?
08.7 – Chassis/Frame Excessive Wear Visible:  excessive wear seen?
08.8 – Chassis/Frame Excessive Oil Visible:  Any oil on the ground or where it shouldn’t be
08.9 – Running Gear Scraping/Drag Damage:  Does anything look scraped up?
08.10 – Running Gear Tire Failure Damage:  Does it appear any damage from an “exploding” tire
08.11 – Running Gear Hydraulic Hose Leaks:  Any hydraulic fluid found, leaks?
08.12 – Number of Axles: How many axles on this unit?

As you can see quite a bit of things to evaluate in this section, which can all be looked up WITHOUT climbing underneath the RV.
